These terms govern your access to PhotoEditKit, including free browser tools, AI editing services, accounts, and credit purchases.

Using PhotoEditKit
You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping your credentials secure. You may use the service only in compliance with applicable law and these terms.
Your images and instructions
You keep your rights in content you submit. You grant PhotoEditKit and its service providers a limited permission to host, transmit, and process that content only to operate, secure, and support the requested service. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit it.
Prohibited use
Do not use PhotoEditKit to violate privacy, intellectual property, publicity, or other rights; create unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or exploitative material; impersonate others; bypass security or usage limits; interfere with the service; or submit content you are not authorized to process.
AI results and important limitations
AI-generated edits can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. Review every result before relying on it. PhotoEditKit does not guarantee that an edited image will be accepted by a government, employer, platform, or other third party. Follow the issuing authority's rules for passport, visa, identity, and official-document photos.
Credits and payment
AI credits are sold as one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Prices and included credits are shown before checkout. Paddle acts as merchant of record and handles payment, applicable taxes, receipts, and payment-related records. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may be used only for PhotoEditKit services.
Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, quality, or legal compliance. We may also limit or suspend access when we reasonably believe these terms have been breached. Material changes to these terms will be posted on this page with a new update date.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free AI output. PhotoEditKit is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
