Refund Policy
We want credit purchases and AI task outcomes to be predictable. This page explains automatic credit returns and purchase refund requests.

Failed AI tasks
One credit is reserved when an AI task starts. If PhotoEditKit records the task as failed, that credit is returned automatically to your PhotoEditKit balance. This is a credit reversal, not a cash refund, and normally appears as soon as the failure is finalized.
Purchase refund requests
If you bought a credit pack by mistake, were charged more than once, or could not receive the purchased credits, contact us within 14 days of purchase. Include the account email and Paddle transaction or receipt reference. We will review the account and usage history and coordinate any eligible refund through Paddle.
Used credits
Except where required by law, credits already used for completed AI processing are not refundable because the digital service has been supplied. A result that differs from personal taste does not by itself qualify for a refund, but we will investigate technical failures or material service defects.
Timing and payment method
Approved refunds are returned through Paddle to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers control the time needed for the refund to appear. Taxes and exchange-rate differences are handled according to Paddle's checkout and refund process.
Statutory rights
This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights. If the law where you live provides additional cancellation, refund, or remedy rights, those rights continue to apply.
Request help
Email [email protected] with your account email, purchase date, and Paddle receipt or transaction reference. Do not send full card or bank details.
