Information we collect

We process account details such as your email address, authentication records, credit balance, purchase and transaction references, and support messages. When you use an AI tool, we process the image you submit, your selected options, and the generated result.

We also receive limited technical data needed for security and operation, such as IP address, browser details, request timestamps, and service logs.

Local and AI image tools

Our free browser tools process images on your device and do not upload the selected file to PhotoEditKit. AI tools upload the selected image to our private storage and send it to our AI processing provider, Alibaba Cloud Bailian, to produce the requested result.

AI input and output objects are scheduled for automatic deletion one day after creation. Generated results may still be available for less than that period depending on the task and storage lifecycle.

Service providers

We use service providers to operate PhotoEditKit, including Paddle for checkout, payment processing, tax handling, and transaction records; Alibaba Cloud Bailian for AI image processing; Cloudflare for website delivery, security, bot protection, and private object storage; Firebase for optional Google sign-in; and email and infrastructure providers for authentication messages and hosting. These providers process data under their own terms and privacy commitments.

Retention and security

We retain account and transaction records for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. Security logs are retained only as operationally necessary. We use access controls, signed upload links, encrypted transport, secure cookies, and restricted service credentials, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information associated with your account, subject to records we must retain by law. You may also withdraw optional marketing consent at any time. Contact us with your request and we will respond as required by applicable law.

Children and international processing

PhotoEditKit is not directed to children under 13. Data may be processed in countries other than your own because our service providers operate internationally. Where required, appropriate safeguards apply.
